“Birth is not an emergency. It is simply an emergence.”
Jeannine Parvati Baker
Yoga teacher, midwife, and author of Prenatal Yoga & Natural Childbirth

Not every pregnant person will have a caring and supportive partner during the weeks leading up to the birth of a child and after but every pregnant person deserves someone who is committed to making the labor process as comfortable and stress free as possible for the health and well being of parent and child.

After a successful 15 year career in nonprofit fundraising and international higher education, I found my life’s purpose; building healthy relationships through the support of growing families. During my career exploration, I was supported and inspired by women, with and without children. These connections reinforced my realization of the importance of positive relationships and everyone’s contribution in nurturing healthy individuals, families, communities, and societies….and I believe it all starts with the birth of a child.

Because of this, I’ve committed to making a positive impact in role modeling healthy relationships through my work as a doula and yoga teacher.  I hope my role not only supports the childbirth process but also has a positive ripple effect in creating strong and caring relationships among individuals, families, and communities.

Looking forward to hearing your story and supporting your childbirth experience.

Infinite peace, love, and joy,
